After having knee replacement surgery I started working with Dr. Zach Douglass. He not only listened to my concerns and when I was in pain, he pushed me when I needed to do a little extra. He was very knowledgeable in what was best for my recovery and by the time I finished with my PT I felt confident to get back to working out and doing the things I love to do. I would highly recommend him and Direct Performance.

Zack is an amazing person and doctor. He is very thorough and gives you all the tools and exercises to help with your recovery . I had knee replacement surgery in October and in 5 months with him I am able to walk and work with out any pain . Old beat up Navy seal. Had left hip replaced. Doc, Carly did one hell of a job hit me back up and running. Her breath of knowledge and ability to Push where necessary was key to get me back up at 100%. Fantastic PT!!!! Has my highest recommendation.
