Ms Elizabeth Miles did an excellent job improving my right knee that have osteoarthritis, she' a wonderful Physical Therapist that taught me how to improve my right knee thank you very much for a job well done.
My initial visit with Jenn showed significant deficits with DF flexibilty and ROM due to achilles tendonopathy and post op haglunds excision. I am now able to run,box jump, squat with decreased pain and thankful I went to Direct Performance. Even though I am older, Jenn prescribed challenging HEP, return to running program that has helped tremendously!!!
I had an excellent and very effective experience with Direct Performance PT. The Therapists are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, give a great workout. I regained range of motion, stability, & strength in my shoulder, allowing me to get get back to living and functioning pain-free. Having access to open space and a variety of equipment to mix things up is a huge bonus.
Dr. Jen and the whole Direct Performance team experience was absolutely amazing. Building a relationship with their clients, assisting with the aches and pains we all came in to fix. 5/5 stars. I recommend everyone to go here.
After going to two different PT places for my back pain and not really getting any improvement, I honestly wasn’t a big believer in physical therapy anymore. My doctor recommended Direct Performance because she said they were more geared toward active people, and I’m really glad I listened.
