I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. What should have been a straight forward move from their storage unit to my house turned into a frustrating experience due primarily to dismissive, condescending and insensitive comments from Ted starting almost immediately. 1st, he did not disclose he was planning to charge me more for the move than our original binding agreement terms. Ted and his team went above and beyond. They made moving, with four separate stops, painless and quick. They were super careful and thorough. Outstanding service and very highly recommended!!

Do not recommend. This was our follow up email and we have yet to receive a response. While the first part of our move/pick up went extremely smoothly and the crew was fantastic, unfortunately the delivery was the opposite. We were originally told we would receive 48 hours notice of delivery date (updated when the crew was leaving from GA to come to NJ). The notice we were given was 1 hour prior to their arrival. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just wanted to share my experience with Direct Moving and Storage. I recently made the big move from New York to Los Angeles, and these guys made it a breeze. Seriously, from the get-go, they were super professional and helpful. They took great care of all my stuff, making sure nothing got damaged along the way.
