Ted and his crew moved our family on Feb 5. I think this is the 4th move he has done for us in the last few years. Excellent work! No complaints here. Highly efficient, working with speed and great bedside manner for him and all his guys. Very pleased, as always and would strongly recommend him to anyone to do their move. I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. What should have been a straight forward move from their storage unit to my house turned into a frustrating experience due primarily to dismissive, condescending and insensitive comments from Ted starting almost immediately. 1st, he did not disclose he was planning to charge me more for the move than our original binding agreement terms.
