I've read some of the negative reviews about the staff and want to say that in 15+ years of shopping at Direct Liquidation, that has never been my experience. The staff are hardworking people managing multiple requests at once-they're doing their best, and it takes real patience to work in retail. A little more respect from customers would go a long way.
