You can get deals if you know your stuff. Jeff has always been straight with me. One of his staff on the other hand, over charge me and refused to give a receipt for the transaction. Than told me that she would email me a copy!. I sat down on a chair beside Jeff for about 15 minutes until one of their (managers) noticed me and asked if I needed help. Have shopped here for 20+ years since they first opened on Halifax St. and always find lots of good deals.. check in often as inventory is frequently changing.
Unbelievable customer service! So rude and condesending and laughed in our fave foe their error!!!
