I have made several cruise reservations with this company and I would never consider any other travel agency. My travel adviser is Tammy Gloe and she is by far THE BEST AGENT for our family .I would never ask for anyone else .
We have been on 3 NCL cruises all booked by Direct Line Cruises and they make it so easy! We have two more booked through them over Christmas break and Spring Break!

Service is not very good any more. Almost impossible to get a live person on the phone. I will look for a new agent next time. That's rich. Call up to speak to a supervisor to an outfit that almost never takes calls. You know very well I'll never get thru to anyone. I'm on hold right now and have been FOREVER.
I've booked twice through DLC and had great experiences each time. First time was with Joe L who walked me through the booking process and promptly returned my calls with follow-up questions even after booking the trip. Tried to reach Joe this second time but he was away from the office. Spoke to Maggie H who was very knowledgeable about the cruise line and their offers and how to access them easily.
