The worst company that provides websites that do not work and then when you try to get them to call you back after 100s of time, it is impossible. I purchased them for my first website several years ago and they did a good job. The second website, I cannot get anyone to get the job done. It is HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE SUPER FRUSTRATED WITH BUYERS REMORES!
DO NOT USE OR PAY THIS COMPANY. Graham was initially who we dealt with in January 2023 to begin our incorporation, 2 months later it’s now March with no word back on what should have been an easy job. Come to find out Graham is no longer with the company but owner Shannon never reached out to us. These guys are SCAMMERS!!!!! Your first call will be returned promptly by Shannon....you will pay your fee.....and then CRICKETS!!!! I have called many times for a follow up.....after numerous voicemails no call in return. DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS A DIME!!!!!!!
I’ve used Direct Incorp several times, the service has never been the best but they would eventually get things done. Over a year ago I needed a foreign entity done in the state of Florida, took them months and months to get done, Owner/founder shannon got involved and it was very clear the disconnect started with him as he would commit to getting it done and apologize endless with no result. ZERO stars for me, but it made me give one! I set up our corporation with them in 2021. It was like pulling teeth for it to get finalized. Worked with Tristan and Shannon. Now in Fall of 2022 we need an amendment of owners and location. Got a hold of Shannon easily - which was odd. He said he would get our changes made. NOW its 6 months later, Not finalized still !!!
