Jon was rude and demeaning on the phone. Will never work with them again.
The best of the best. I love supporting local businesses whenever possible and this one makes it an easy choice. They check all the boxes. Quality products, excellent customer service, honest, reliable, and just really nice people.
We contracted with Direct Impressions to create some folders for our program. I have absolutely no printing experience but that didn't matter because Steve was patient and walked me through every step of the process. The finished product was absolutely amazing!
