Excellent product quality and stellar service! Purchased dining table set , TV unit, buffet and stools all from their "Albany" series, one of their in-house timber line-up. Extremely pleased with the aesthetics and the finish that really brings out the beautiful wood grains, looks more expensive than what I paid. He was very friendly and helpful, took the time to run us through all the options, and helped us choose what was best for us. He also gave us a reasonable discount, which we really appreciated. An amazing place to purchase furniture.
I live in a regional area, so whatever I bought needed to fit on the back of my ute in one trip. I'd got the decision down to two couches, but Welshpool didn't have the full 5-box set of my first preference. The two gentlemen who served me were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. They could arrange pickup from their Joondalup outlet on my way out of town, but without seeing the boxes, I was concerned it might not fit.
