Terrible service! They left my delivery in the rain outside my garage not even by my front door that is under cover.
You peeps readings these ?? Where is the place to put the tracking number and arrange a pickup or redelivery ?
Driver delivered to wrong address
Thanks for splitting my one delivery into 5 parcels, then having 4 of the 5 arrive on a Friday, then having to wait until Monday for the last parcel. What a joke
Extremely poor service. Only 2 out of 3 packages arrived that I ordered through them. The last package was not delivered and when i called to find out the lady at the help desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. Will never use this service again and I urge other people not fall for this scam
