Drivers don't ring and don't even attempt to deliver. They just report missed delivery.
Wasn’t told I had to be home to receive the package so was sent back to depot, supplier contacted and was told it would be delivered the following day and to stay home all day to receive it.only for it to then not show up again. Whole day wasted waiting around
Delivery drivers are too lazy to bring my items to my front door, and instead they choose to leave them at the top of my driveway, and in full view of the street for somebody to steal. Communication is poor, and the service itself is very inconsiderate.
Had a great experience. Package was dispatched Thursday, arrived Friday. They send you a link for delivery preferences. My package was left exactly where I requested it to be left and the delivery time frame was accurate.
