Recently purchased 10 Malawi outdoor dining chairs. The price and quality was amazing and Jon was great to deal with.
After getting a quote to repair the cane panel on our library chair, I decided to tackle the job myself. Called Jon at Direct Factory Furniture who said he could supply the material needed. Went the next day and he showed me the choices but also gave me good advice to successfully finish the job. I’ve no doubt his help made a difference.
John and Jenny are very welcoming to their business. My experience dealing with them both when looking at purchasing a new outdoor setting was 10/10. Great little family business, fantastic customer service and help. Very happy with the purchase of the Pirtsea outdoor setting to which John put together forme and then delivered it to me at a reasonable cost. Thanks John and Jenny it was great dealing with you both.
Visited the store today and John could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our rattan DIY needs. Heaps of information on how we should go about our two restoration projects. Very impressive customer service. A great selection of quality materials and some lovely rattan furniture in the storeroom. Can’t wait to get started!
