Customer Service was good, communication is somewhat good but what has pissed me off is, the movers broke my window, called the store he told me to take pics and send them, I have done that about a week ago and still no response, i understand that moving furniture pieces is hectic but a broken window should have not been an issue to get fixed and it was your movers fault.....update as of 2/28/2025 its been almost a month still no one has come to fix my window and it has broken to the point where the glass is almost gone and ... read more
