Terrible. They lure you claiming to offer lower rates, but once you're locked into a contract, the rates are higher. Furthermore, NO TECH SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS. I just called my old processor (PowerPay) and they provide tech support on weekends. Boy, am I ever sorry I switched to Direct Connect.
We have had two stores with them for our merchant services for a couple of years now. Suddenly, over the last few months, their service charges have doubled. Not only that, there are thousands of dollars missing that their statements show as "Deposits" to our bank account, but no money ever came to the account. Trying to get information and response from them is the nightmare from hell. I'm afraid I have to agree with the previous reviewers calling them "shady" and "like a thief". We're looking for a new processor right now.
I agree with the reviews below. This company is as shady as can be. There sales people are crooked and dishonest to the core. We just signed a contract and found several inconsistencies and lies in there dealings that we may have to litigate this issue in court. Anyone willing to join in the lawsuit is welcome
Very bad BAD experience and really having a night mare do business with them. They just giving a nice promise but always took to much money from my account like a thief and they never return it (just keep promising). REALLY WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY...BEWARE!
This place has a shady salesperson working for them (Mitch Reisberg) and careless customer service rep( Katie Burr). Mitch will not listen to a word you say and steals your money by means of shady tactics and gets backup screw-you support from Katie. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get anything done once papers are signed. I am still fighting with them to correct their screwup all the while getting money stolen from my account. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! THEY ARE THIEVES!
