I am very very happy with the way the carrier transported (All Ways Shipping LLC.) my truck. Very personal, friendly, flexible. Down right nice driver. Sally, I am so thankful for her. I had a lot of moving parts with the shipment of my auto. She was patient and not pushy. She always followed up as she said she would. The price was fair and consistent. Even though the quote was a touch higher than others I got, she made me feel safe. I felt she was understanding and patient.

I only gave one star because I could not choose a lower one. This company is a scam. John the owner is a scammer. He will not do what he says. I was scheduled to ship a car that I eventually didn't find a car. This went on for about a year and I asked for a refund and John the owner will not return the $1800 they have on mine. I've enclosed a copy of the email between John and myself where he admits to the funds.

I’ve used direct connect to transport my vehicles coast to coast over the past few years. I spoke with Kristen who is friendly and competent and had my car picked up, transported and delivered within 4 days. I will continue to use and highly recommend Kristen and this company for all your transportation needs.
