All the staff are not retail staff or pharmacists! In the 2 Months I've known them. Ali, the Head Pharmacist and Dillon made me feel very welcomed the same for the the rest of the Pharmacists. This helped more than they now as I was really feeling low. I've looked puzzled more times than I can count, as my Wife has asked me for some serum or another, as soon as the retail staff see that look on anyone's face they will be there to assist and guide you. This place is really nice, everyone’s nice and polite, everything I need. Just one simple downside. The waiting game. Came here with a friend to pick up her scripts, now I’m not entirely in the know of what goes on behind the counter, but it took 30 minutes of us watching the people behind the counter have a good old chat with one another. No other customers came through till just before we got what we needed.But seriously everything except for that was really good.
Pharmacist Hamsa is very nice and helpful👍The entire team consistently demonstrates a passionate commitment to customer service. I feel fortunate to have them as part of our community.
