Needed a new battery quick on a Saturday but it was 10 minutes before closing. Sam was great. He checked for stock while I was on the phone and confirmed he had what I needed. Then he graciously stayed to let me get there and do the repair. On a Saturday!! Grateful. Service and pricing all top notch. Thanks again for being so accommodating.
I have reached out to Direct Cell before when I required tech repair and so when my wife Rhonda and I needed new batteries for our phones, Direct Cell was the first call I needed to make. Would absolutely recommend!! I came in for a screen replacement and new screen protector. I had gone to both phone repair places in the mall first and neither had a screen in stock for me. I came here and was taken care of in less than a half hour, and it was amazingly affordable! They even said if replacing the screen didn’t solve the problem that they wouldn’t have charged me :)
