Absolute shambles, great service till I got my car and then I find out the car was crashed previously and has structural damage, when phoning they won’t take my call, I emailed they won’t respond and the finance company issued them a 48hr warning and they still don’t respond. Stay well well away

Rang this place to view a car fine they said went over, car was at the back of car lot, wouldn't start so arranged to come back at the weekend for test drive. When i got there it had been sold, no phone call no coms whatsoever, Lad who was there apologised and offered an explanation of why that shouldn't happen. Receptionist couldn't apologise enough. If only I'd have delt with those two first. Waste of a precious Saturday morning off
