I bought an oven off them. It had a 1 month warranty on it (that should’ve flagged the problem straight away). We were away and also getting the kitchen renovated. So by the time we came to getting the oven installed, it was about two months and there were a number of problems. Do not buy from them! I was sold a faulty fridge and called the same day while still under the 30 day warranty, they wont fix it and I was lied to and ignored. they wont respond to messages and ignore calls. Criminals!
The Asian lady is extremely not welcoming Wanting to buy 3 Fridges but when i asked about prices it seemed like i am forcing her to buy it for me !!!! Too many option out there or new one with professional and good welcoming than this one Keep in mind you are not allowed to ask over 2 fridges prices You r not allowed to ask as youre right to know what you buying because this ( asian working ) will let you feel you asking the million question
There is a dog that is left outside the shop to guard the store. A rottweiler I think. Dogs shouldn't be left alone like this. It's animal cruelty. If I see it again I'll report to RSPCA and the police. Please get proper security and get that dog a good home.
I bought big fridge and top loader washing machine $600 including delivery fee today. Very good price, staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to save money. Very happy with the price and experience 😀
