Horrible customer service, manager/owner of Modesto location is rude and hung up on me! Horrible way to treat customers. Charged $500 to replace a bake ignitor on a Thermador oven. Tech was here for 30 min and took 15 min to replace part. They price gouge! Never using them again that's for sure!
