If I could give zero stars I would. Every single review you read here is accurate and 100%. EVERY SINGLE ONE is consistent with how he handles taxes: only responsive during tax season, completely unresponsive even when you pay their extra fee for tax audit support, completely inflated numbers in tax documents hat you don't even get to see until you are already in trouble etc. Huge lesson learned for me here
This business needs to be shut down. He is highly unprofessional and dishonest. He messed up my taxes so bad that I had to have it amended. I got in trouble and I have not received my state taxes since 2023. If you know what is good for your mental health and sanity stay far away from him. To make matters worse when you are in trouble he is no where to be found giving flimsy excuses. I wish I could give this business zero stars. Everyone he filed for either got audited by the IRS or State. STAY AWAY!!!
This is the worst Tax man I have ever experienced! I got letters from IRS and controller office. He gave false information about what I never gave him! The worst of all he charged me for audit assistance fee but this man, never picked up his phone!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. He manufactures numbers on returns and puts false data on your tax preparations. He never shows you the figures until he’s filed; even after I asked to see what he prepares before he files. When I asked him about the false numbers he put, he said he had a mortgage person that I could use if I was worried about buying a property and that the losses he claimed were normal business losses, but that’s not true. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a tax preparer. My taxes were completely messed up, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, they refuse to answer my calls or messages. Once they got paid, they disappeared. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s dishonest. If you’re considering using their services, please save yourself the stress and frustration. Taxes are too important to trust to someone careless and unresponsive.
