Very knowledgeable and professional.
This place is very unprofessional. They didn’t have the descent courtesy to inform people who have appointments that they would not be open which allow me to drive to my appointment early only to find out that they're closed this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
PA Sarah Young was SO KIND. She greeted me with a handshake and a smile. She listened to what I had to say, answered my questions, made me feel comfortable/confident about my skin, and we even bonded over living in Europe. The nurse was equally kind/respectful as were the rest of the staff. I can confidently say that this was the BEST medical experience I’ve ever had.
Sarah is phenomenal. The whole appointment was hassle free, upbeat, and fast. She answered my questons, took time to listen, and the whole staff is just generally awesome. Definitely recommend.
The care that the staff and Drs show is phenomenal! I wish they could be my all time drs for everything!
