Came to the bronx shopping mall 2nd floor Diplo car service stand and a lady taxi driver said she will only take me for $20 to what usually cost $12. I told her I usually paid $12 but I will give you $15 and she said no. This taxi stand used to be honest and accommodating but not more.

Dispatchers are quite rude; they really need to be trained in customer service. It's unfortunate that I can't give them zero stars.
Diplo is the worse taxi company ever. Los dispatchers en su gran mayoría siempre están de mal humor. Soy clienta fija. A diario llamo y tengo dos rutas (Westchester y Broadway). Dicen que los taxis llegan en 2,3 minutos y llegan en 10 mínimo. En la aplicación los taxis se cancelan solos 🤷♂️ definitivamente el que quiere llegar tarde y perder su tiempo solo tiene que llamar esta base.
