This was my first visit to Kadampa in Port Jefferson. I recently started going to the one in Huntington. Carl & Meghan were the two teachers that I met. Carl did the meditation tonight🧘♂️, and is an outstanding teacher! Very intimate setting, and met some wonderful people! What a blessing to have a community like this! Must visit!
