I don't know about everyone else but this place is a great place to work if you have the right intentions to actually work and mind your business. They are like any other company accept small, privately owned, and will make you if you are strong. The individually are tough so you have to be strong minded and willing to learn from patrons. This is the only company I've ever worked for that prays before meetings which is awesome for me, though you really have to love what you do because the pay based on the cost of living suck... read more
This place is a disgrace when it comes to Advocating for the consumers that live in the homes of this agency , and the people that work for this Agency are very unprofessional and need serious training when it comes to working w individuals who have Developmental Disabilities .....I would not recommend anyone to work here or recommend any family who is looking for placement !
