2 face Dr Di Bartolo. I have known him since 2008 to 2022. Dr Walter never showed any concern about my Medical condition or with my housing situation. He has mentioned to me that most of his patients are Criminals and connections and he is very friendly with these people. I was having issues with Criminals year 2022 and Dr Walter kept me at his Skin Care clinic for 8 hrs like a prisoner and ignoring me with my DOCTORS SUPPORT LETTER for my housing transfer application when I needed his support so much.
