Called several times to make an appointment for estate planning and the secretary advise that I will be called back shortly, I never received callbacks. They do not seem to be very organized. It does seem like a recurring issue based on other reviews. They really need to do better. Usually when people need notary services, it is urgent so there is no reason for them to treat potential clients like this. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing since this was an urgent matter.

I have a file with Dion Notaires and it has been extremely difficult to communicate with them. They do not answer phone calls, and despite emailing them documents, I have not received any response. I have not even discussed my case with them, yet they charged me for 1.5 hours at $275 per hour. Their service fees are very high compared to others. They charged me about $1,100 for a non-resident service, while other notaries only charge around $500.
