A very nice gentleman willing to work with you I didn't understanding and he'll tell you straight up what he can do and what he can't do
Either him or his office or both have not a clue as to what is going on with their clients. Court appointed or not, he should represent that client the same as any other. He doesn't have a great background himself. If he were a hired attorney instead of a court appointed I would have fired him before my first court date.
