I bought a set of their headlight bulbs in 2019 for about $150. At the same time I replaced my fog light bulbs and high beam bulbs with much cheaper led bulbs off Amazon. About a month ago, my right headlight went out. I checked their site, and saw that they offered a "limited" lifetime warranty. Since they are local, I drove out to their office. An American company that assembles plug and play LED light bulbs for your entire vehicle. Additionally, they offer full light kits, switch panels, tools, and so much more. Friendly and caring staff that want your business. Many of their products carry a lifetime warranty and they stand behind all their products. Their lights make a dramatic difference to driving at night and illuminating the interior of your vehicle. I have purchased and effortlessly, installed light bulbs for two of my vehicles.
Very disappointed with my recent experience with Diode Dynamics products. I’ve been using their lights on my last two trucks (2015 and 2020) and bought a 2025 GMC in April and put a load of new stuff into it that has all subsequently been having issues. I put a roof rack on with 8 SS5s on it, a 30” lightbar for my bumper, ditch light SS3 pods and S2 Pods all to be controlled by their very own D Switch and installed by one of their dealers up here. I’m really proud to have Diode Dynamics as a local company here in St. Charles. This stings a bit because I’m updating my reviews like I do every year and I’m changing my review from 5 stars to two. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years now, and I’ve poured more thousands upon thousands of dollars into their products. That’s not chump change — that’s me investing in their brand, sticking with them. My first part of these issues was after 3 rock lights flew off my race trailer.
