Two years ago we attended with our car group. Rolled in with about 15 cars in showroom new condition. Last year, application process and none were selected. Group is over 100 cars strong, but I guess the show shrank in show car parking spaces. The group essentially took this venue off the list. A shame. Many of us have DD products on our vehicles. Update: Based on an update from the owner, I’m going to increase my review to 3 stars. I do appreciate the acknowledgement that there are some ops issues to work through. Not awesome the owner of a company who employs so many people has to do this though. I purchased tail lights through Cali Raised LED. They arrived on 11/04, I installed them on 11/06. Upon installation, the screws would not tighten for a secure fit. Either the screw holes were too big or stripped. I sent a video as requested by Cali Raised. I contacted Cali and they said they work with Diode Dynamics and that’s where the lights came from. They said they were in contact and Diode would send some clips to secure the lights and when he got the tracking info he would forward that to me. I waited over a week and ... read more
Integrity Have purchased several items from Diode Dynamics with a professional standard that many companies wish for. On a rare occasion when there is a manufacturer deficit. Diode Dynamics always takes care of any issue professionally.
Shipping is slow and expensive. I asked for a return and they're not covering shipping which costs more than the item is worth.
