Oh! I walked in to the actual manufacturer today off elm st. Bought the underglow kit holy hell are they bright! Took me all day to install only because I had to figure out how to run the wire. But it was all plug and play. Might purchase bulbs for headlights and tail lights. We'll see how it goes. I think his name was Ben at the front desk when I walked in today. He was super helpful.
First customer service is awesome, and very helpful. I purchased a pair of SSC1 lights for my gatekeeper knuckle brackets. The lights are nice but were not bright enough for what I wanted. I then purchased the SSC2 max lights and wow they are super bright. Customer assisted me with getting a return started. I also installed the diode dynamics trailer hitch light.
I've never had so many issues trying to purchase a product before. Requiring people to send pictures of their driver's license and credit card over email is ridiculous for a 149 dollar product
I recently purchased a Diode Dynamics fog light kit and hidden light bar through Black Friday promotions from Panda Motor Works and Rave Offroad. While the lighting products themselves are excellent and clearly well engineered, my purchasing experience was disappointing. I bought a set of their headlight bulbs in 2019 for about $150. At the same time I replaced my fog light bulbs and high beam bulbs with much cheaper led bulbs off Amazon. About a month ago, my right headlight went out. I checked their site, and saw that they offered a "limited" lifetime warranty. Since they are local, I drove out to their office.
