Not an easy company to do business with. When we moved to a new district I wasn’t aware the school didn’t use lifetouch, I never received an order form, notice, or preview for school or sports photos. The following yr I reached out and got some info. I was surprised at how expensive they were and the quality was horrible. Hello, It is beyond frustrating that it takes 20+ minutes to complete a single photo order because your website is so unresponsive. Pages load slowly, actions lag or don’t register at all, and the process repeatedly stalls. Ordering photos should take minutes, not a significant amount of time fighting with a website that barely functions. This level of performance makes it incredibly difficult to complete an order and is unacceptable for a paid service. We love Dingo photography! We've used them for high school sport photos, as well as club Volleyball! Great team, and very easy to work with. Highly recommended!
They are so helpful if you can't figure out the website. I believe the website is not user-friendly, but don't hesitate to call. They're always willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you need. The prices are also reasonable. I had a problem with my kiddos' photos looking funny, but they fixed the digital version, and when they sent me the new photos, they were amazing. I would not use this service for pictures. Very rude and unprofessional! There are many other quality photographers. Please do your research.
