Returning customer initially from 2017. First experience was flawless! Our experience post Covid was extremely disappointing from poor communication, questionable ethics and self-entitlement to make decisions on behalf of their client without consent! Our legendary mortgage broker had to get heavily involved in to organise their chaos. Safe to say we will never use them again.
