Usually order a vanilla with hazelnut milk tea from here but was told today they "do not mix drinks anymore" really? It's just adding an extra syrup, which i would gladly pay for, but nope. Walked right out, lost my business forever now. No wonder why it is so empty and nobody comes here anymore. Stupid policy changes that make no sense.
The tea was super delicious and the customer service was great. I don’t say this about just any place because my best friend is a tea sommelier.
