this spot makes great drinks and has good service… but only when it’s the older lady working. Every time the lady with tattoos has served me, she has gotten the order wrong each time. She’s always on her phone and I’ve witnessed her ignore or make customers wait to be served just because she’s on her phone. I always order the same drink with JELLY, but no matter how explicit I am about saying Jelly instead of boba, she still adds the regular tapioca boba to my drink instead of the jelly. Great brown sugar boba milk tea, I see why it's the best seller every day! Guy up front was very attentive and nice. I was the only customer in the shop at the time.
Im a regular customer in Ding Tea for years. Normally the old lady serves me, but today the young guy wih the glasses serves me. He dont say hello or ask me what i want, i understand maybe he’s new or maybe he’s so tired, after that when he’s done my drink he dont say anything, just throw the drink and dont say anything. I have to ask him that my drink done or not. I’ve never come back and recommended for anybody else.
