I have never written a Google review before, but I felt compelled to let the world know that this is hands-down the best Vietnamese spot in all of Hilo! The food is exquisite! Fresh and most authentic. This is a family restaurant. The wife is cooking in the back and she does a world class job! Everything is Amazing! nice & quiet in the middle of downtown. food was so good, had the spicy beef noodle soup to recover from a hangover and id say its one of the best hangover soup!
The food was very good and the pho was very rich and flavorful. The Vietnamese owner was very kind and nice.
I had an incredibly good tasting BBQ beef and lemon grass sandwich. Staff is very friendly. The sandwich was served very quickly (I selected my dining time due to no other customers). The portion was a perfect size. Pho Tiger had become my lunch stop when coming into Hilo on errands. Just a great value eating location.
Fast and friendly service. Delicious food! BBQ Pork Lemongrass Banh Mi is perfection!! Mango green tea so refreshing on a nice sunny day!
