I was referred to Mr. singhal by the Legal shield service which should have given me a 30 minute window (by phone or in person) to discuss my case with him. Mr. singhal. Decided not to return my call and preferred to send me a quick email asking me for a description of the issue. I spent 30 minutes forming the the email only to receive another quick response from him asking for a $1350 retainer just to let me know if he’s a good fit for the case or not!!!
