This woman Erika Dine Is completely unprofessional and unethical. She represented a family member and placed a call to me requesting/demanding I do certain things which would benefit her client which was not me. I had to inform her that since I was not paying her bill, she was not my attorney and did not represent my best interests. This was an unfortunate situation for our family.
I have received great service for 15 years through Dine Elder Law and during this time I have worked with Erika Dine and her paralegal Diane. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Erika Dine is unprofessional and uses tactics that would be considered questionable. Before even walking into the court room she has already influenced the Judge(Diana Moorland) to sway the decision in her favor for her clients. She has destroyed lives separated a elder couple that were married for fifty years resulting in one of them dieing from a broken heart because of it.
