We used DiNatale tax services for last years taxes and thought it was good until a friend looked at our records and we had things that we did not claim like a 7k legal expense on our return. She didn’t even claim the things we wanted her to claim. If there was a -0 star I would give it to her. She basically gave us someone else’s taxes and if our friend hadn’t caught it we would be liable for the audit and her mistakes. I would not recommend to my enemies. We had paid 1k to have them amended correctly by a professional.
