I arrived with new skis and bindings to be fitted to the custom boots I had previously purchased at this shop to be told they won’t mount the bindings as I had not purchased the skis or bindings there. After some discussion realizing that the clerk had no desire to take the business I went to Kounstat who happily took the skis at half the price and time. I had a great experience at Dinardo’s. Their sales and technical staff were knowledgeable about skiing and their products. They provided the information I needed to make good equipment choices and their prices are competitive. The technical work with sizing and adjusting my boots has been effective. Skiers talk about their shopping and maintenance experiences when they get together and I have spoken with many people with the same experience as me. Thanks Dinardo’s.
I am a new intermediate skier and went to Dinardo’s specifically for a professional boot fitting. I spent approximately five hours in the shop being measured, fitted, and molded into a pair of K2 Anthem boots. At no point was I informed that the model selected was a 125 flex boot designed for advanced or expert skiers. I am appalled at the service here. Last year I bought boots from them for $700. I knew I could get the exact same ones from sporting life for $500. But I wanted to support small business. I also bought the insoles for an extra $150 to shape to my feet. But the boot was too tight and too small. And I told them so while I was doing the fit that it was hurting.
