This place is a total gem. After skiing for many years on cheap, poorly fitted equipment, I wanted expert advice to finally buy great equipment that I love. That’s exactly what I got. The staff are top notch. They have decades of experience both skiing and selling gear. I’m so happy with my gear. The boots fit my oddly shaped feet like a glove, and the skis they recommended are perfectly suited for me, and were even on sale! I feel I got great value. Skip the stores with all young staff and go to Dinardos!
First time here and these guys are the best. I've been skiing for 30 years and apparently I've never tried on boots properly. Everywhere else in the area was more like a sneaker store where they'd get your size and find you something that you could get your foot into without too much pain - at best a suggestion that some heat molding for an added cost might make it fit better but if I could manage the discomfort it was already probably good enough. Ok let me leave a negative review for the first time in life. We went there when we just arrived Ottawa, to support this local business by giving them full trust to recommend a bicycle for my son 3 years ago. My son was 4 and never cycled. They recommended a bicycle with 5 speeds and a size for a 10 years old. Then I went back to switch to a one speed bike which was the only option, as a refund wasn't possible at the time. They said their machine was broken so couldn't do me refund but they can leave it as a credit in my acc... read more
