I just got off the phone with Carlos, I mistakenly sent the wrong design to them and wanted to see if I could correct my mistake. Carlos went above and beyond to see if he could help me. Unfortunately, Printify did not let me cancel order and I had to resubmit another order through NO fault of Dimona Tee. Bummer. But I just want to say it was great knowing there's a company that exists that really knows what customer service really means. Thank you, Carlos for helping me. It was much appreciated.
