the woman showed up at my house to take rental after car battery died and I was waiting for roadside assistance. I spoke to her and said I’d be on way and she drove all the way from glen burnie to Easton Md with 2 cars and took it as if I hadn’t paid ! I paid upfront in full with my card and left on file . I gave her car insurance info and claim was approved and of course paid and she called a couple times saying she never got any money . What a joke -- if you enter your details, click "VEHICLE SELECTION", and select a vehicle category, the website shows various details (like the number of doors and the amount of carbon dioxide emissions), but won't disclose the cost! Under DEALS, there is price information; for rentals under twenty days, not much cheaper than the major car rental agencies located in BWI's official car rental facility. I can and have done better down the street.

Thanks for your black civic almost killing me and my dog ! Set up all the way by the man and the woman showed up at my house battery suddenly died on car acted like I was ar fault when id been drugged by a soda at restaurant or car malfunctioned with dog inside we’d just been in an accident on a hacked car id just bought and ironically 30 min later im in another ? Never had narcolepsy before !!!

I don’t know if this is a scam or what. There’s nobody there when we went to pick up our car. Nobody answering the phone either at the direct location site or the 800 number. Stay away- go with a well-known company.
