Horrible customer service.
Booked online, called a few hours later to confirm pick up and was told they don't have online bookings anymore. Now everywhere else is closed and I'm stuck without a car. Terrible.
No answer when attempting to book
Dimmples car rentals, nothing but the best. I flew in from SC to Phoenix Sky-Harbor for a 3 days mandatory in person meeting with my company in Scottsdale, did not have a car reservation and most airport rentals were very expensive or unavailable. I highly recommend Dimmples car rentals Phoenix, AZ for their professionalism, fleet availability, customer service and punctuality. I rented a SUV, flying from out of state and l was picked up at the Sky-Harbor Airport with very clean, low mileage and affordable ride as compared to other airport rentals. Dimmples, you are the best..!
