We have been a customer over the last 5 years or so and I’ve always felt the communication was terrible, my husband in the other hand tolerated but this year after calling to say we would be out to drop off our taxes at their specific time slot we found a group of customers there banging on the door to get in! There was every story you could imagine after 30 minutes of calling and banging on the door Mrs Dimmer came to the door only to say she had a headache and would not be opening up.
