Bad service. Can not get a call back. Missed deadlines. And very expensive. Will not use them again.
Prepare for missed deadlines and sorry excuses for communication.
What a painful and costly experience. Filing mistakes, misinformation, ghosting and the absolute worst was advice that turned out to be illegal. We are still paying (looks like it will be tens of thousands) to clean up the mess DIME tax made by not knowing tax laws. On top of that, unreturned phone calls, unreturned emails and physically disappearing from their office with no forwarding address. I would never recommend and would strongly advise friends to avoid.
