This is one of the best banks. Service is excellent. very reliable. People friendly and extremely helpfull.
I have been a customer for 32 years. They lost a wire transfer for 32493.00 . I was told repeatedly they were working on it, have patience, our attorneys are involved. All lies.Go elsewhere to do your banking
If I could rate this bank lower I would. I dread having to cash my WEEKLY paychecks here. since I work in riverhead and live in cutchogue my cashing of my paychecks in Mattituck always seems to be a problem plus the oh so joyful glares you get from the employees is oh so welcoming. 0 customer service/hospitality training and this is adding onto the 20-30min wait to get you your money.
