Great bank. Robert was extremely patient with us and helped us navigate an unusual situation we were dealing with. He explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
My first experience with this bank was wonderful. There(was/key word )was great. She would call me with new rates and let me know about new products and advise what was in my best interest. Fast forward to 11 months later and Marvin answers the phone. You have a 10 day grace period. Did not realize my CD was up. Instead of rolling my CD into the existing that I had they put me in .04%. (Note I admit that I was 7 days after grace period) Now call main number the same nonsense. I am closing my account. Yes and i will pay a pen... read more
Went to Port Washington Branch and wanted to open CD $198.000 and asistant manager was not pleasant and after waiting 20 minutes to get her attention we left.
