I don’t know why would miserable people negative comment particularly for this branch. These people actually wonderful and very helpful employees. They are super kind and very fast. I do appreciate every single person who works in this branch. Thank you guys for your service and your help from bottom of my heart.

Great bank. Robert was extremely patient with us and helped us navigate an unusual situation we were dealing with. He explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
My first experience with this bank was wonderful. There(was/key word )was great. She would call me with new rates and let me know about new products and advise what was in my best interest. Fast forward to 11 months later and Marvin answers the phone. You have a 10 day grace period. Did not realize my CD was up. Instead of rolling my CD into the existing that I had they put me in .04%.
