They don't care about the members. Van smelt like cigarettes and trash everywhere in the van. Wouldn't even take my great grandmother to the door of her apartment, and she's in a wheelchair. They wanted to leave her curbside What a shame
Our driver Sam Shaban gets 5 stars! He was a good driver and very attentive. He also talked to us the whole ride, which made it very comfortable. Best there is.
Unfortunately all of the good review here are not authentic. Current or previous employees were asked to leave review or ask family/friends to do so. Due to bad business and not meeting standard compliance the owner has had to let everyone go...and not pay them. The owner also truly does not care about the members/passengers. He bad mouths them and he is the same with his drivers.
