I ordered my sons Letterman’s jacket in November 2021 and we still haven’t gotten it. We’ve been calling for 2 months now and NO ONE answers the phone. We have called different days of the week and different business hours and still haven’t gotten anyone to pick up the phone in 2 months. Wow! Ridiculous! I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I will be doing my due diligence and informing everyone of my experience. The staff is very disrespectful and the company can not stick to a timely schedule. Dilly is very unprofessional and seem to not enjoy dealing with customers... They will never receive any future business from me. I wish there was a way you could give negative stars.
