I called on a Friday to ask if they were accepting walk-ins the next Saturday, I was told they were. My husband and I arrived at 9:20 on Saturday morning and there were maybe 5 people sitting in the waiting area. We were turned away by reception because we lived in Richmond. We were told "We are are accepting walk-ins but we can't take you because you're from Richmond. We're really overwhelmed with all the people coming from Richmond."
