Poor Business Practice They do not tell you when you drop off your taxes that they do NOT accept payment by credit card. If you are fairly modern and don't carry a checkbook as a matter of course, and don't tend to carry cash, then you are pretty much out of luck. If they made customers aware of this up front it would be one thing, but to spring it on someone when they are picking up their taxes is a whole different thing. This company needs to modernize. Tops in taxes! They are friendly, inexpensive and honest. The only reason I wouldn't give them 5 stars is that I don't want to have too many people going there and making them hard to contact! They are great!
The best decision I ever made! Great price, very personable! I have been using these guys for years. They do a very through job and are so much cheaper than H&R Block and the other national places. If you go to Southland Drive ask for Eddie Dillion, he is the second generation DIllion, he is so sweet and very handsome!
