Wrong Mortgage was discharged I wish I could give him 5 stars, but really had to hire 2 different lawyers. just to get this issue fixed. I purchased x property and mortgage for property y was discharged instead of x. title insurance company, kept hiring lawyers, but none could not do anything. finally I hired another lawyer and we were able to fix it. cost me a lot just to get that mistake fixed. Also I think he is overpriced. but thats on me. I should have gotten in writing about the estimate of closing on a condo
