I had my mountain bike converted to electric with this business about four years ago. The bike has been exceptional in getting me around safely and efficiently and has been very reliable. What particularly impresses me is the after sales service provided by everybody I’ve dealt with since. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them and they’ve happily helped me out on the occasions I’ve needed some advice around maintenance and minor trouble shooting. I will be converting another bike in the near future.
Excellent quality products and although I had a small fault, the after sales service and prompt action to correct the issue was outstanding!!! Thank you to the team at Dillenger!! I highly recommend!! I also really found their support in my product selection extremely helpful so I could navigate the best option for my requirements!! Thanks again!! Very happy customer :)

This company has really good presale service. I asked a few questions before I bought my kit and they got back to me really fast. I picked up the kit from their accessible workshops on the Gold Coast. I went back for some extra advice and spent a good half hour getting the most professional and informative advice. I got the street legal 250w kit and am extremely happy with it , was easy to install and it works above expectations . im getting over 60km per charge and thats going at a higher pedal assist , not only is the kit great but the service of the dillenger team is outstanding , they are so helpful , quick to answer emails/calls and eager to help. so you can buy with confidence of after sales support .I recommended Dillinger to anyone looking for a electric kit for their bike .
