Honestly I think it's the fact that malls are dying. Dirty store, pretty unattentive staff. So while I'm sure Dillard's is trying to be one of the last great department stores, it's clear that it's difficult for them to deliver the same experience as they could have in the past.
I like how the clothing departments are set up. It's easy to find what you want. Wide aisles, nothing crammed together. Fitting rooms are large, clean, and private
Had a great experience at Dillard's cosmetic department thanks to Linda. She was so helpful and made some great Lancôme recommendations. Will definitely visit again!
Went with my friend to look at the shorts. $85 for a pair that wasn't even name brand. Awful/way overpriced. Walked right back out.
